Clip-in hair extensions
There are commonly two kinds of clip-in hair extensions: synthetic extensions and hair extensions made of real human hair. While both could help you do thicker and longer locks briefly, we advise buying the real human hair extensions. Although pricier, you will be free to straighten, curl and even dye your hair extensions, meaning there are endless methods you can style them.
Step 1: Begin with dry, clean and tangle-free hair. Using your favorite comb, make a part going from your ear to ear around the back of your head. Clip up your natural hair above the part.
Step 2: Tease sections of hair right beneath the part and closest to the scalp by fast brushing the comb from the mid-shaft of the natural hair to the roots repeatedly. Spray hairspray on the harassed area. This will help create a solid base to securely hold the hair extensions.
Step 3: Taking the widest natural hair weft, wedge and clip the hair into the part, securing the clips into the ridiculed hair. Continue the method of parting, clipping and teasing in the hair extensions with each section of natural hair. Most hair extensions came with wefts of different widths, so be positive to use the widest for the central part of your head and the smaller ones for the sides and top of the head for the most natural looking hair extensions.
